ASSEMBLY OF SHADOWS
EN - Assembly Of Shadows© is a duet of french artists which is composed of Romain Legrand – Asmodeus Moonlight Hel and Océane Régnier – Moonchild Hel.
We are interested in several artistic practices such as photography, videography, plastic arts and living arts. This website will be particularly concentrated around photography and videography but it will be enriched by creations in the field of plastic arts as well as living arts.
Assembly Of Shadows© works, in the field of photography and videography, by artistic era focusing on one main theme. Through our images, we like to create a sort of dark and disturbing fairy tales.
We own several sources of inspiration such as babylonian, celtic, greek, norse and roman mythology. We also draw our inspiration in each folklore. Some historical periods are likewise considerable inspiration such as the Middle Ages and the Victorian era inter alia. Esoterism is for us an inspiration which is extremely anchored in our art as nature, witchcraft as well as the primitiveness and transcendence which jointly emanate from different occult arts. For plastic arts and for living arts, our inspirations are concentrating around philosophy and around the question of the historical vanguards, of subversive contemporary creations, of Symbolism or of modern art.

Ce site sera particulièrement concentré sur la photographie et la vidéographie, mais il sera évidemment enrichi par des créations du domaine des arts vivants ainsi que des arts plastiques.
Assembly Of Shadows© fonctionne, dans le domaine de la photographie et de la vidéographie, en ère artistique se concentrant sur une thématique principale. À travers nos images, nous aimons créer des contes de fées sombres et dérangeants.
Nous possédons plusieurs sources d'inspiration telles que la mythologie babylonienne, celtique, grecque, nordique et romaine. Nous puisons également notre inspiration dans un très grand nombre de folklores. Certaines périodes historiques sont, de même, une inspiration considérable telles que le Moyen-Âge et l'époque victorienne entre autres. L'ésotérisme est pour nous une inspiration qui est profondément ancrée dans notre art tout comme la nature, la sorcellerie ainsi que la primitivité et la transcendance qui émanent conjointement des différents arts occultes.
Quant aux arts plastiques et aux arts vivants, nos sources d'inspiration se concentrent autour de la philosophie et de la question des avants-gardes historiques, des créations contemporaines subversives, du symbolisme ou encore de l'art moderne.
